Civil Engineer

Full‑time | Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers hands‑on involvement in land development, site design, contour grading, and storm/sanitary sewer engineering for both private and municipal clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn, grow, and advance within the civil engineering field.

• Develop contour grading and site layouts for various land development projects.
• Design storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems aligned with local and state standards.
• Support private and municipal land development and site design projects.
• Prepare plans and technical documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Assist with permitting, coordination with municipalities, and project submittals.

• 0–3 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D (required).
• Experience or exposure to land development and site development.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem‑solving ability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in private development or site development (preferred).
• Exposure to transportation engineering is a plus but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
