Job Responsibilities :
Implement and configure third-party software (e.g., SmartBuild, Sage Paperless, GIS tools)Coordinate with software vendors during configuration and setupSupport cloud-based automation tools to replace manual workflowsSet up light database configurations and ensure systems are properly runningTrain internal users on how to use newly implemented softwareCustomize and support tools that manage invoices, contracts, materials lists, purchase orders, and inventoryIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementsServe as the go-to problem solver and internal point of contact for technical software issuesMinimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation and integration.Experience implementing off-the-shelf software solutionsAbility to configure databases and support vendor-led software setupsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindsetWork ethic and follow-through — can work independently and get things doneUnderstanding of OCR, document scanning, and digital workflowsExperience training end users on technical toolsFamiliarity with inventory, materials management, or 3D modular design tools a plusSelf-starter who takes ownership of projects
