ECM Program Manager

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy - Founded June of 2020.  We are a community-based organization providing therapy (individual, family, couples, & groups), after-school programs, mental health assemblies, organizational workshops, juvenile detention centers, case management and more! We service California residents via insurance or cash pay. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person in English and Spanish Language and based on specifics of contracts.

At Simple Solutions Psychotherapy we believe "It's SIMPLE people just make it complicated." We seek to assist PsyD practicum students in gaining knowledge and experience toward assisting the community with mental health services.

We’re Hiring – ECM Program Manager

The ECM Program Manager will collaborate with care coordinators, care navigators, case managers, primary care and behavioral health providers, and community organizations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated care that supports the health and well-being of clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor program objectives and outcomes
• Coordinate between staff, clients, and external partners
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and ensure continuous program improvement
