Audio Video Installation Technician
Ford Audio-Video is looking for an Installation Technician. As an Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced low‑voltage commercial AV systems for businesses across the country. Your expertise will drive the installation of LED / LCD video walls, touch panels, speakers, and more, delivering immersive experiences that captivate audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Cable Management : Pulling and terminating cables with precision and assembling racks, patch bays, and mixing consoles.
Technical Integration : Crafting seamless connectivity between components for flawless system operation.
Certifications and Safety : Training to obtain DOT and OSHA 10 certifications to ensure safe and high‑quality work.
Travel Opportunities : Install AV systems across the U.S., with occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a construction environment.
Comfortable using hand / power tools, soldering, and crimping.
Experience in AV, low‑voltage, stagehand, or electrical work preferred.
OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
