The pay for this position starts at $20.46 / hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and / or years of relevant experience up to $24.32 / hour.

The schedule for this position in Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional nights & weekends, and flexibility to accomodate these extended hours.

This position is located in Woburn, MA with potential flexibility.

We are looking for a passionate Foster Care Recruiter / Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing, and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes. The candidate must be bilingual in both English and Spanish and be familiar with the foster care system in Massachusetts. This person must understand procedures and programs, and have a good knowledge of case management. This candidate will need to recruit foster families, keep the homes up to code, help with relicsensing, and do home visits and documentation. We are looking for a candidate who can build rapport with the children and families, and has a compassionate and understanding nature.
