Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse, where you will play a vital role in assessing, coordinating, and delivering top-notch patient care in our Medical / Surgical Hospitalist unit. Your focus will be on guiding patients through their healthcare journey with compassion and expertise, while ensuring their needs are met effectively throughout their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and document care in line with our policies and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately.
• Actively assess and evaluate the needs and responses of our patients to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with our nursing team to establish a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Lead and mentor ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
