Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

\n

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
\n• Work in 5-room interventional radiology department
\n• Weekend call required approximately every 6th weekend
\n• Weekday call from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM roughly 4 weekdays per month
\n• 40 hours of orientation required
\n• 2 years of experience in specialty required
\n• Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
\n• Must live over 65 miles from facility (address on driver's license to site address)
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
\n• Preferred certifications: ACLS and ARRT VI
\n• Must have Louisiana license or compact license in hand upon submittal
\n• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
\n• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
\n• Must treat patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
\n• Perform wide range of interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, catheter exchanges, and various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
\n• May be assigned to Emergency Team during emergency events with expectation to remain at facility
\n• No call-ins allowed - strict attendance policy
\n• 2 manager/supervisor references required to obtain clearance
