Key Responsibilities
Process and evaluate inquiries from customers and clients
Review and resolve research inquiries and customer payment disputes
Handle complex projects and communicate trends for process improvements to management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in mortgage servicing or banking
Proficient knowledge of the mortgage lending / servicing industry preferred
Ability to manage time and prioritize daily assignments effectively
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal direction
