Residential Service Technician

  • GC Home Service is a Newport, KY based Mechanical Service contractor servicing Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana.

  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable residential HVAC service technician for the Northern Ky and Greater Cincinnati areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer service. Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other team members and office team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid KY Journeyman license.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
  • Must possess personal hand tools.
