Day in the Life of a Human Resource Associate

• Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes such as staffing, new hire orientation, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee development, and org design / effectiveness in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Bell and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions
• Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Use data to make informed decisions
• Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
