Administrative Assistant

Location : Sharonville, OH Pay Rate : $19$22 per hour Employment Type : Contract to hire Recruiting Partner : LHH Recruitment Solutions

About the Role

Our client in Sharonville, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A big plus is having extensive Excel skills and experience with Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable processes is a big plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
