Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor
$300,000-$400,000 annual compensation (commensurate with experience and productivity)

Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert anesthesia care (general, MAC, regional) optimized for same-day discharge and rapid turnover.Perform comprehensive pre-op evaluations, real-time intra-operative management, and attentive PACU oversight with digital EMR documentation.Partner with surgical teams to streamline OR flow while upholding rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.Commit to 5 consistent weekdays, with flexibility to swap shifts within the group as needed.Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program; DNP or DNAP preferred.Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA certification required; active status mandatory).Active, unrestricted Georgia RN and APRN licenses (assistance provided for relocation / licensure).Minimum 2 years of outpatient anesthesia experience;Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.This full-time role is tailored for CRNAs craving financial security, intellectual variety, and professional fulfillment without the chaos of hospital call or overnight shifts.
