Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Clinical Lead - PRN

Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant as Clinical Lead for Deerfield Village Assisted Living and Regency Park Assisted Living in Portland, OR.

In this role, you will work up to 20 hours each week, splitting time between the two facilities. Here is a list of duties :

• Provide clinical oversight
• Assist with building patient caseload by providing inservice activities, etc.
• Attend meetings with on-site management
• Patient and therapist scheduling
• Staffing (with help from recruiting)
• Patient treatment as directed by the OT

Our preference is a therapist who has worked at least one year in a geriatric setting, but if you are caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!

We require a current Oregon OTA license in good standing.
