About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIVO) to oversee and manage all functions of the investment office. Candidates for the CIVO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 7 years of high-level professional financial management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment analysis and management, with a focus on fixed-income securities. Experience in government investments and familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus. The role requires advanced skills in financial analysis, communication, and the ability to make independent decisions that have a significant impact. The CIVO will also be expected to interact with elected officials, manage a team, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
