Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage insurance applications, invoices, and policy documents in an accurate and timely manner.
• Verify clients' insurance coverage and ensure compliance with company and government guidelines.
• Respond to clients' inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to address their needs.
• Work closely with insurance providers to coordinate and resolve claim-related issues.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports and provide support for audits and reviews as needed.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and changes to ensure adherence to policies.
• Support billing and collections teams with insurance-related processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insurance insights and documentation.
