I opened my agency in 2000 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing firsthand claims experience into agency leadership. I played football at Western Illinois, and that competitive mindset still shows up in how we operate today. Our team includes seven members, and weve built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade.

Im also active in the community as President of the Bay of Pigs Museum, reflecting our commitment to staying involved locally. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must have 440 License.
