Restaurants and the businesses that serve them account for hundreds of billions of dollars in annual purchasing, yet most of it happens offline. From the humblest NYC slice and a cup of joe to museum-quality lattes (and yes, avocado toast), each order represents a long paper trail and a series of truck deliveries.

With a rapidly growing market presence, Cheetah is already streamlining the daily workflow of distributors selling to thousands of restaurants and small business owners. Using Cheetah’s Technology Stack these distributors are increasing their revenue, improving sales efficiency, and providing a more delightful customer experience. Cheetah eliminates the burden of highly manual order management processes from these SMB’s - bringing the Silicon Valley user experience to an industry that hasn’t evolved in decades. In the process, we are digitally connecting every player in the supply chain, from restaurant to supplier, in order to reduce food waste, drive efficiencies, and improve livelihoods.

What you'll do

Full sales cycle role driving, owing, and delivering on sales targets for Cheetah core products through prospecting, building pipelines, and effective sales techniques

Providing accurate and complete documentation in the company CRM

Constantly maintaining activity logs / accountability and building relationships with partners and client end users

Collaborating and consulting with internal departments to coordinate identification of potential product improvements

Researching and documenting detailed understanding of customer business and organizational landscape

Work with Cheetah’s SDR team to develop a consistent stream of high-quality pipeline

Commitment to continuous improvement and constant learning

Other duties as assigned by your manager

Hit at least 90% of quota targets monthly (new customer acquisition and revenue goals)

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience selling software solutions to B2B customers, with a track record of top performance

Demonstrated success at achieving targets throughout sales cycles, selling complex deals with multiple stakeholders, and managing complex negotiations

Strong belief in a customer centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer interactions

The maturity and accountability to develop customer relationships with end users, all the way through C-level

Excellent time management and organization skills to ensure an opportunity moves through the pipeline as quickly as possible

Ability to communicate clearly and directly, both verbally and in writing

Reliability, accountability, and follow through driven by mastery of self-management and productivity

Strong preference for a candidate that has experience selling in the food industry, eCommerce, or AI
