We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide care to a one-year-old child with complex medical needs and developmental needs. The caregiver will work closely with the child’s parents and healthcare team to ensure safe, attentive, and developmentally appropriate daily care. The is a one on one i n home care environment.

Location : Fountain Inn, South Carolina

Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule : Monday-Thursday – 08 : 30am-1 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Assist with feedings, including specialized feeding techniques for cleft palate and GERD
• Monitor the child for signs of discomfort, feeding difficulties, or respiratory issues
• Support developmental therapies and engage in age-appropriate play
• Administer medications as directed by parents / healthcare providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
• Document daily activities, symptoms, and any notable changes
