COTA (Part Time) - PACE

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

This position will be working 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift.

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart within 30 days of hire
• Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire
