Key Responsibilities
Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
Define and report on key KPIs, including MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to align on pipeline goals and ensure accurate data management
Required Qualifications
7-9 years of experience in B2B demand generation with a proven track record in pipeline and revenue growth
Expertise in integrated campaign development, events, and performance measurement
Strong partnership skills with Sales and experience in building joint go-to-market programs
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
