Be willing to learn our company's selling system, including phone script, virtual presentation & product placement. Team-supported environment, communication, and engagement is required with LMS (Learning Management System). Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on client's age, health, and desired insurance coverage. Licensed Life Insurance or willing to become Licensed. Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality! Must have basic computer skills. Must have a smartphone and a laptop.
