LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local leading company in the SDLC industry to hire an experienced Full-Stack Developer in their Phoenix, AZ location. Location : Onsite | Phoenix, AZ Terms : Full Time | Permanent Salary : $95,000-$125,000 / year Role Overview As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build dynamic web applications by working across front-end and back-end technologies. You will design user-friendly interfaces, develop robust APIs, and ensure seamless integration of services. This role requires collaborating closely with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining code quality, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Build front-end interfaces with React, focusing on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop back-end services in .NET, implementing best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to enable seamless communication between application components.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
• Collaborate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process and product offerings.
