Human Resource Manager
Schneider Electric has an opening for a Human Resource Manager to support our new Phoenix, AZ Manufacturing Site. This role will play a key part in supporting the launch and day-to-day operations of our modular data center factory. The HR Manager works in partnership with the local management team in leading HR processes, including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000-$168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job might be for you if : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related disciplines preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment partnering with line and unit managers. Ability to understand company's business performance and identify critical HR success factors; organization development and learning, compensation and rewards, talent management, and managing industrial relations. Possess excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and influence and convince skills.
