What You’ll Do :
- Lead from the Front : As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).
- Manage Operations : Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.
- Support & Develop Your Team : Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.
- Maintain a Positive Culture : You’ll create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere—whether you’re coaching your team or serving guests, the goal is always to inspire excellence.
- Follow Structured Procedures : We’re a franchise with a strong corporate backbone, meaning everything we do is backed by a proven system that’s designed for success.
