A company is looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead their social media presence for a vertical micro-drama platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead social media strategy across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Conduct ongoing assessment and optimization of social accounts for maximum visibility and engagement
Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar aligned with content releases and cultural events
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in content production and social media management
Proficiency in social media design and editing apps such as Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and / or Canva
Understanding of audience engagement strategies and social media landscape
Experience creating short-form video content and writing engaging platform-specific copy
Deep understanding of North American pop culture trends and audience behaviors, particularly for Gen Z and women
