Customer Service - Service Desk
M-F 7am to 4pm w/1 hour lunch

This individual needs to have QuickBooks experience as they enter all customer orders into their QuickBooks system.

• Will answer inbound calls from customers
• Assist walk-in customers with orders
• Enter call-in and walk-in orders into QuickBooks
• Arranging freight pick-up (calling to schedule freight pick-up) and preparing a bill of lading.
• Must have excellent Customer Service experience
• Previous experience working in the trades industry would be a plus

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
