• $2 Shift Premium from 3pm-7am through the week

Weekend Shift Premium is $3.50 starting shift on Friday (night) until the end of the shift Sunday (night)

Hours / Shifts :

• Our openings include full-time, part-time, PRN for all shifts
• Work 12-hour shifts (7am -7 : 00 pm or 7 : 00p-7 am) with the flexibility to work every other weekend, and some holidays.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely manner
• Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility
• Respond to patient needs as they arise
• Foster a positive team environment

Requirements :

• Valid state license(s)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
• Team-oriented and a practical team-player
• Professional demeanor
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
