This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Role Overview :

As a Commercial Construction Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial projects from conceptual through final construction documents. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop competitive bids and support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and RFPs to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates
• Develop detailed scope of work and pricing for all trades
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Maintain historical cost database and update unit pricing
• Work closely with the project team to transition estimates into budgets
