Investment Data Operations Analyst
As an Investment Data Operations Analyst on our Data Operations Team in our Des Moines office, you'll independently perform daily tasks, data analysis, investment valuation, and ad hoc requests to support the investment lifecycle within a global infrastructure. Who You Are
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in accounting, finance, economics or business required. A minimum of 1+ years' work experience in investment / mutual fund operations or related field preferred. Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, time management and communication skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely information. Strong prioritization and flexibility as business needs change.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $28.31 - $38.36 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location
This role will be based out of our World Headquarters located in Des Moines, IA. Work Environments This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
