About the Role
Salesforce is in pursuit of a highly energetic and dedicated Senior Manager, Renewals Programs to design, implement, lead, and assess sales programs that support the initiatives of the Customer Success Group's (CSG) Renewals Organization. These programs serve as essential instruments for driving revenue growth.
This leadership position encompasses all facets of program management, from inception and prioritization to execution, partnership development, performance analysis, organizational transformation, and evaluation of program outcomes. A pivotal part of this role involves conducting business analysis and generating Salesforce reports, while fostering collaboration across various teams to propel our sales strategy forward.
As a data-driven leader, you will assess business scenarios, streamline efficiency initiatives, design effective processes, and deliver actionable insights. Key deliverables include sales strategies, identifying focal areas, proposing sales programs, conducting detailed performance analyses, documenting processes, and creating reporting dashboards that culminate in presentation-ready content for senior leadership at Salesforce.
