WE'RE HIRING! 2nd shift Machine Operators

HW Staffing’s client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Stratford, CT. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment.

What You'll Do :

  • Set up and operate machines according to job specifications and operating procedures.
  • Use computer and scanning equipment to track and manage production orders accurately.
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and identify potential issues.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve machine errors to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
