Privacy Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst III, focusing on privacy, complaints, and marketing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce privacy policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Review and track consumer complaints, assisting in investigations and ensuring timely responses

Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials to ensure adherence to regulatory and brand requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or banking

General knowledge of regulations such as GLBA, CCPA / CPRA, and UDAAP

Experience with consumer lending compliance programs and complaint management systems

Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field

Familiarity with marketing review processes and privacy requests workflows
