Position Highlights :

• Position : NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
• Location : 71 Waukegan Rd Lake Bluff, IL / Arlington Heights
• Full Time - 40 hours per week (32 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus : (If eligible) $25,000
• CME : $3,500 / year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.
• Required Travel : Yes
• Schedule : M-F
• Holiday : No
