Rheumatology opening in Wisconsin - H1b eligible Located in Neenah, WI - 40 miles from Green Bay Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Joining a provider group at a non-profit medical center The team consists of 3 Physicians, 1 NP, RNs, & MAs Schedule : 36 patient contact hours per week (4 or 5 days work week) Call : Every 3rd week (minimal by phone call ONLY) Patient Census : 15-16 (60-minute new eval & 30 minutes follow-ups) Outreach Clinic at Critical Access Hospitals EPIC EMR used throughout the health system Offer Details : Income Details : Competitive Base salary + RVU production Signing Bonus Vacation : 35 days inclusive of vacation, CME, and holidays CME Health / Dental / Vision Short and Long Term Disability Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund Licensing / Board Fees Reimbursement Retirement Plans : 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution
