Join Our RTC Team and Support Youth on Their Path to Healing
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) campus, where young clients receive 24 / 7 therapeutic care and support. As an LVN on our RTC team, you will play a vital role in promoting safety, stability, and wellness for youth working toward emotional and behavioral recovery.
Your Role as an RTC LVN
In this important position, you will :
- Provide daily nursing care, including health assessments, medication administration, and monitoring
- Respond to medical needs, crises, and urgent situations with professionalism and calm
- Conduct ongoing observations of physical and emotional well-being
- Document all care, interventions, and client updates accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with therapists, behavioral health technicians, and the clinical team
- Support a structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing
- Educate youth on health, wellness, and safe medical practices
