Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to lead all logistics, inventory, and distribution operations across multiple locations. This role ensures our plumbing, heating, and A/C field teams have the tools, materials, and vehicles they need to deliver exceptional service safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, parts, and equipment across all branches.
• Partner with purchasing and service departments to ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Manage tool and equipment assignments, calibrations, and returns for field technicians.
• Monitor fleet and material logistics to support daily service operations.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and develop warehouse and logistics staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, safety policies, and accountability measures.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Process & System Optimization

• Utilize technology and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with service managers, dispatch, HR, and finance to streamline workflows and meet company goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (multi-location preferred).
• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse and inventory management systems; fleet management experience a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
