Payments Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Payments Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Own the daily payment lifecycle and manage end-to-end payment processing across all channels

Proactively monitor payment system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and reconcile discrepancies

Execute operational controls for compliance and risk management, and drive process optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

2 to 7 years of professional experience in the payments industry

Strong understanding of payment methodologies, including authorization, clearing, and settlement

Experience with alternative payment methods such as ACH / SEPA / RTP

Technical skills to leverage internal tools and analyze large datasets

Ability to run basic SQL queries or similar data extraction methods
