About the Role :

Maverick Power is seeking an R&D Product Engineer to join our growing team. This role will partner closely with R&D throughout development, testing, and continuous improvement. From diving into early designs to building and stress-testing prototypes, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing new products to life. Product Engineers lead certification efforts, serve as the go-to product expert, train internal teams, and ensure seamless handoffs into production—then drive iterative enhancements when real-world performance demands it.
