Summary - Provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, ensuring optimal patient care and compliance with relevant laws and clinic policies. Develop personalized treatment plans, supervise support staff, and foster positive relationships with patients and healthcare teams.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary physical therapy
• Create and monitor treatment goals and progress
• Document care accurately and on time
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides
• Attend clinical meetings and participate in in-services
• Comply with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations
• Maintain current CPR and license requirements
• Efficiently manage time to meet productivity goals
