REQUIREMENTS:

Facility Requirement:Traveler must have permanent address outside 50-mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile: resume, Medefis portal and all onboarding documentation must have permanent address listed). Education: Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology. (Education verification is required. Make sure education detail is included in profile or it will be declined)Experience:Traveler must have completed two years of level 1 trauma hospital laboratory experience or similar size hospital.Traveler must have high skillset in all blood bank areas per skills checklist.Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks).Licensure and Certification:ASCP Medical Technologist certification required.References:Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).
