Do you thrive on finding new customers in the manufacturing space? Are you a high-performing sales rep who excels at building relationships with product development teams and engineers?
If you have a hunting mindset and get excited about custom plastic thermoforming solutions, we should talk.
You excel at outside sales and are a self-starter who understands the grind of working independently to find new customers. You understand how to navigate decision-makers across a variety of industries, including motorsports, agriculture, lawn / garden, and medical, who outsource manufacturing.
You must have experience selling in a competitive corporate or industrial market, calling on management and director-level decision-makers. You fully understand how to sell value over price in a manufacturing environment, with a sales cycle of 3-6 months.
You will oversee the entire sales process from finding your own leads to winning new customers, with support from engineering as part of a team-selling environment.
You are striving to achieve a total compensation of $100K or more and are motivated to grow beyond that.
Base pay is between $70-80K, with on-target earnings in the first year of $130K+ (no cap on commissions).
