A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review accounts to identify past due balances and determine appropriate collections actions
Contact customers to offer payment assistance and manage service suspensions for nonpayment
Document customer interactions and process orders to restore services once payment is received
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited High-School or GED equivalency program
Classes taken or graduation from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or banking environment
Strong understanding of computer technology and cloud-based systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
