The Dispatcher will support all aspects of the operations and ensure maximum utilization of driver manpower and equipment to ensure customers’ goals are met and efficiencies are maximized on a daily basis. The individual in this position should be personable, a problem solver, reliable, and ethical. In addition, this individual should be punctual, professional and possess excellent communications and people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review vehicle inventory on a daily basis and manage
• Accurate inventory levels & Reconciliations
• Ensure company culture is reinforced and that all safety procedures and company policies are strictly enforced.
• Coach and encourage drivers to maximize his/her success as car haulers.
• Ensure administrative duties are completed timely, , HOS Logs, DVIRs & CDRs
• Assist with auto dealer inquiries, customer inquiries, answer phones, etc., as needed to ensure dispatch operation runs smoothly.
• Provide accurate reporting of daily shipping details to all levels of customer and internal management. Complete injury, accident and cargo damage reports when required, to ensure timely notification to all upper management, insurance carriers, and customers.

Qualifications:

• 2 year of Dispatching experience
• 2 years of experience in Commercial Transportation Operations
• TMW/Magnus experience a plus Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations preferred.
• Must be proficient with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
