Customer Service Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications

Maintain and update customer accounts while addressing customer issues and concerns

Schedule delivery orders and handle general customer inquiries and soft collections

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 or more years of customer service experience

Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access

Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States
