Senior Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Commercial Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. What You'll Do :

  • Purchase Order Management : Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
  • Supplier Coordination : Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Problem Solving : Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
  • Order Tracking : Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
  • Data & Process Management : Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    • US Salary Range : $129,000 - $171,000 USD

    The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
