Senior Buyer

What You'll Do :
Purchase Order Management : Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.Supplier Coordination : Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.Problem Solving : Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.Order Tracking : Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.Data & Process Management : Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field5+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurementAbility to read technical drawings and blueprintsAbility to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CAPreferred Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.US Salary Range $129,000 - $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
