  • Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement accounting and legal.
  • Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
  • Draft contracts in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
  • Prepare documents for server and disk upgrades decommissions and intra company contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle including initiation execution and tracking and renewal.
  • Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Cloud Platform.
  • Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.

    • Salary :   $60000 - $65000 / yr. (D.O.E)

    Qualifications :

    Education / Experience :

    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field / s desired.

      • Skills :

    • Technical :  Proficient in ICT systems cloud platforms and digital collaboration tools
    • Software :  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
    • Languages :  Fluent in English Korean

      • Core Strengths :

    • Cross-cultural communication client relationship management legal documentation attention to detail time management and strategic problem-solving

      • Additional Information :
