What You Will Do

As a Cloud Solutions Product Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to design, build, launch, and continually improve software products and digital experiences. You will combine business strategy, technology, and product design, helping to turn strategic goals into viable solutions that can be scaled and sustained.

Utilize modern, AI-driven methodologies in conceiving and delivering products, applying these techniques across product discovery and solutioning efforts, technical event storming, requirements definition, design, and software development.

Be a key communicator bridging the gap between business needs, technical architecture, and user engagement aspects, using established playbooks for domain modeling, design, and continuous delivery.

Collaborate with diverse teams within Accenture, fostering cross-functional teamwork, innovating thoughtfully, and addressing real business needs with impactful solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years of professional experience; if Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years of experience)

At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an agile team setting

A minimum of 2 years as a product owner or business analyst, involved in decomposing epics to write user stories and managing a product backlog based on business value

Minimum 1 year of experience in designing and facilitating small-scale design workshops to drive results, such as Domain Driven Design and Design Thinking

Experience refining and applying a strategic domain model aligned with organizational objectives.

Proven ability to guide teams in translating vision into actionable goals and features, effectively serving as a liaison between stakeholders, designers, and developers.

Additional Competencies Considered a Plus :

Familiarity with various agile frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello)

Experience using Agentic AI to enhance productivity and workflows

Background in defining product vision for AI-based solutions that transform core business processes

Ability to establish success metrics for AI products

Expertise in innovative workshop design and facilitation

Proficiency in creating backlogs for new strategic initiatives

Knowledge of Domain Driven Design methodologies

Understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience designing modern architecture patterns such as API and Event Driven Architectures

Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development / Test Driven Development, including Gherkin for specification documentation

Experience in refining product strategy throughout the delivery lifecycle

Understanding of go-live and day 2 operational requirements, with ongoing operational experience being advantageous

Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (experience with alternative cloud providers is also considered)
