We are seeking a  Third-Party Coordinator (CM Technical Specialist)  to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Coordinate with third parties (city, county, state, federal and utility companies) that

have a significant role in ongoing and upcoming projects; support activities between client, developers / contractors and third parties.

Compensation :

$93,600 -$156,000 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
