Refrigeration Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Bachoco USA is seeking a Refrigeration Supervisor for our Heavener, OK facility .

Work Schedule : Saturday - Wednesday (2pm - 11 : pm)

Summary : Oversees maintenance and repairs of ammonia refrigeration systems. Supervises refrigeration employees. Maintains temperature to plant specifications and USDA requirements. Must keep and maintain accurate records for local, state, and federal inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

• Maintains and upkeeps all cooling and air handling machinery.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Maintains accurate preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to equipment specifications.
• Trains and supervises employees.
• Consistently maintains critical temperature requirements throughout facilities.
• Enforces safety rules.
• Maintains government regulations regarding ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Maintains Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Must have the ability to drive a vehicle for company business purposes.
• Must submit to and pass a background investigation.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
